Marriage contract of Fatimah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Sayyid ‘Ali the apothecary, and Aqa Mirza ‘Ali Asghar, the son of Haji Mirza Mahmud the merchant from Isfahan. The mahr is one hundred and ten tumans. According to a note on the margin, Fatimah Sultan Khanum is the granddaughter of Aqa Sayyid Ahmad Fakhr al-Hukama’, the personal physician of Muzaffar al-Din Shah.

Safiyah Rafatjah's medical practice license
The text reads: "According to the law passed on June 1, 1911, since the lady Dr. Safiyah Khanum Rafʻatjah, daughter of Mirza ʻAbd Allah Khan, citizen of Iran, has graduated from the Public Health School of Moscow, she is allowed to practice medicine in Iran." The note on the verso reads: "the word 'doctor' is not an addition [and is part of the text]." Signed by Habib Allah Muzaffar. Recorded in the Office of Health in Tehran Municipality. Hur Nisa‘, daughter of the late Sha‘ban ‘Ali Bayg, transfers her residential house with the adjacent lands and the household furnishing to her son, Karbalayi Haydar, son of the late Karbalayi ‘Ali Quli, in exchange for one hundred dinars and some sugar cubes. The conditions are as follows: the above properties are occupied by Hur Nisa‘ while she is alive and will transfer to Karbalayi Haydar after her death.
